Position Summary

LuxLand LLC is seeking qualified and professional subcontractor partners to support landscaping, irrigation, hardscaping, and seasonal upkeep services across our service regions. We collaborate with licensed and insured subcontractors who uphold high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction standards.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide specialized landscaping or trade services under LuxLand oversight
• Attend job site meetings and follow provided project specifications
• Maintain a clean, professional job site and communicate effectively with clients
• Submit invoices and timesheets in accordance with LuxLand policies
• Adhere to agreed deadlines and project scopes

Supervisory Controls

Subcontractors report to the assigned LuxLand project manager or operations lead. Projects may be bid per job or on recurring service agreements depending on expertise and availability.

Working Conditions

Subcontractors are expected to operate their own vehicles and tools. Work may involve variable weather and site conditions. Safety compliance and professional conduct are required at all times.

Minimum Requirements

• Business license, insurance, and W-9
• Proven experience in landscaping or related trades
• Ability to manage timelines, materials, and crew if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• State contractor licenses (e.g., GS-29, MS-6) or related credentials
• Work history with commercial landscaping or property management firms

Certificates & Licenses

All subcontractors must maintain current insurance and business credentials. Licensing varies by state and project type.

Conditions of Engagement

LuxLand LLC may terminate subcontracting agreements at any time. Work is offered on an as-needed basis and is not guaranteed. LuxLand may engage subcontractors without background checks at its discretion where legally permitted.
