Position Summary

The Project Supervisor oversees daily operations on landscaping projects, coordinating crews, schedules, materials, and client expectations. This role ensures that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety and professionalism on site.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead and supervise field crews on job sites across multiple locations
• Manage project timelines, labor, and materials in coordination with management
• Communicate directly with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Conduct job site inspections and safety audits
• Submit daily logs, time sheets, and progress reports

Supervisory Controls

This role reports directly to upper management or a regional operations manager. Work is reviewed through site visits and client feedback. The Project Supervisor may also be responsible for onboarding and mentoring new crew members.

Working Conditions

Outdoor and field-based supervision across varying conditions. May require travel between locations, extended hours, and occasional weekend work. Use of a company vehicle may be provided or required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years experience in landscaping, construction, or field supervision
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management software or digital job tracking
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Certificates & Licenses

Preferred: OSHA 10/30, state contractor license, or related safety certifications. CPR/First Aid certification a plus.

Conditions of Employment

Position may require lifting up to 75 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in varied terrain. LuxLand LLC may hire without background checks at its discretion where legally permitted.
