Position Summary

The Marketing & Social Media Assistant supports branding and outreach efforts by creating, posting, and managing digital content. This role also assists with promotional campaigns and helps maintain the LuxLand public image across online platforms and within the local community.

Essential Job Functions

• Create and schedule engaging social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Capture photos and videos from job sites and events
• Maintain brand consistency and voice in all communications
• Track engagement metrics and report on campaign success
• Support flyer distribution, print materials, and promotions

Supervisory Controls

This role reports to the company Owner or Project Supervisor. Tasks are assigned with some creative freedom and reviewed based on quality, branding, and timeliness.

Working Conditions

This position may be remote, hybrid, or field-based depending on availability. Travel to local job sites or events is occasionally required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience managing social media accounts or promotional content
• Basic photo/video editing skills
• Strong writing and communication ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in marketing, media, or communications
• Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, or social scheduling platforms
