Position Summary

The Seasonal Lawn & Garden Specialist supports LuxLand teams during peak months by assisting with lawn care, garden maintenance, and seasonal property enhancements. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for candidates seeking seasonal employment or summer work experience.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform mowing, edging, weeding, and fertilizing duties
• Assist with planting, mulching, and pruning of trees and shrubs
• Support seasonal cleanup services including leaf and debris removal
• Maintain tools, equipment, and safety standards on-site
• Communicate with crew leaders to meet daily project needs

Supervisory Controls

This role reports to the company Owner or Project Supervisor. Performance is reviewed based on reliability, teamwork, and task completion.

Working Conditions

This is a physically active, outdoor position performed in all weather conditions. May include early mornings, weekend work, and travel between sites.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or currently enrolled student (16+)
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Willingness to work outdoors and follow directions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience
• Basic knowledge of plants, soil, and irrigation helpful

Certificates & Licenses

None required. Reliable transportation is preferred.
